Here's some random avatars from 2 layouts ago, I figure I'd post them here since they'll probably never work they're way back into the site. Download, Save them do as you will but if someone asks where you got it just tell them where. I may make more based on the various other comics but chances are they'll be posted on another thread, so no worries.

Also here's an extremely old comic from way back when I first started making sprite comics.

I posted this a while back just to show people that serious sprite comics are possible with the right effort. Enjoy the awkwardly romantic scene between Zero and Ceil.

how exactly do you make the backgrounds and such? you just draw them?

Thanks I've been scouring my hard drive for more old stuff but nothing yet.

The backgrounds are basically rips from various games usually I modify them to fit my needs. It's much easier to work with pixel then raster images!

Another Example of a serious style sprite comic. When I first made this I mentioned I may do a tutorial explaining how it was done. Perhaps I'll move making that tutorial to the top of my to-do list, since I recently found the gimp file... enjoy.
